Event Format

• 3 games of Warhammer 40,000 Combat Patrol
• 75-minute rounds
• Use any Combat Patrol currently supported in the official Warhammer 40,000 app
• You may use the same Combat Patrol throughout the event or choose a different legal Combat Patrol for each round
• Games use the current Combat Patrol rules, datasheets and missions, together with the latest FAQs and errata
• Pairings and results will be managed through Best Coast Pairings (BCP)
• Round 1 pairings will be posted to the MMG Community Discord on the Friday prior to the event

• Doors open: 10:00
• Game 1: 10:15–11:30
• Lunch: 11:30–12:15
• Game 2: 12:15–13:30
• Game 3: 13:45–15:00
• Prizegiving: 15:15

About Our Combat Patrol Events

Combat Patrol uses compact, pre-set armies with their own rules and datasheets, making games quicker to organise and faster to play. Each event features three 75-minute games, with pairings and results managed through Best Coast Pairings.

You don’t need to be a tournament veteran to take part. MMG is a warm, welcoming venue—ideal for trying organised play, learning a new faction or simply fitting more 40K into your day.

You can bring one Combat Patrol and use it throughout the event, or bring several and choose a different legal Patrol for each round. Whether you’re learning your first army, experimenting with a second faction or chasing the top table, you’ll find your place here.

• Eligible Patrols: You may use any Combat Patrol currently supported in the official Warhammer 40,000 app. Older Patrols cannot be used until official app support is added
• Changing Patrols: You may use the same Combat Patrol for all three games or select a different legal Combat Patrol for each round
• Rules: The latest Combat Patrol rules, datasheets, missions, updates and FAQs apply
• Judging: If you have a rules question or are unsure about an interaction, ask the TO/referee
