Refunds & Returns Policy

At Mighty Melee Games, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase and your hobby time. Our policy goes beyond the legal minimum to give you peace of mind—whether you’re stuck at work or off on a well-earned holiday!

📦 Returns Eligibility

Under UK consumer law, you’re entitled to return most items within 14 days of receiving them. At Mighty Melee, we’ve extended that to a full 30 days from delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item that you wish to return it.
Returned items must reach us within 14 days of your return request.

Certain items can’t be returned unless faulty — this includes digital products, made-to-order items, and any opened paints or hobby materials.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days to your original payment method. Shipping costs (if charged) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item.

In-store purchases may be refunded via the same payment method or as store credit, depending on how the original transaction was made.

🔁 Exchanges

Want to swap something? No problem — just get in touch within 30 days and we’ll do our best to help, subject to stock availability. If the exchange isn’t due to a fault or mistake, you’ll just need to cover the return postage.

🛠 Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, we’re genuinely sorry — and we’ll fix it fast. Please contact us with a photo and your order number so we can make it right.

We’ll cover all return postage costs.
We can send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
We aim to resolve all issues quickly and painlessly.

📬 Return Postage Costs

We’ll cover return postage if:

The item is faulty or damaged.
You received the wrong item.
There was another error on our part.

If you’re returning an item for any other reason (change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc.), you’ll need to cover the return postage.

We recommend using a tracked postal service for your peace of mind.

🧾 How to Start a Return

Email us at info@mightymelee.uk with the following details:

Your order number.
The item(s) you’re returning.
The reason for the return.
A photo if there’s a fault or damage.

We’ll reply with instructions on how to send it back safely.

🎟 Event Tickets

Event tickets are non-refundable within 14 days of an event, as spaces are limited and commitments such as trophies, prizes, and staff time are based on confirmed numbers.

Prior to 14 days before the event, you can transfer your ticket to another event or receive a store credit refund.

If you can no longer attend, you’re also welcome to transfer your ticket to another player — just let us know their name so we can update the event list.

In the unlikely event that Mighty Melee Games cancels an event (for example, if fewer than 10 tickets are sold within two weeks of the event date), you’ll receive a full refund within 5 working days to your original payment method.

We always aim to keep events running and will communicate any changes as early as possible via email and our Discord server.

⚖️ Your Statutory Rights

Our policy exceeds the legal minimum — but don’t worry, nothing here affects your statutory rights under UK law.
