At Mighty Melee Games, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase and your hobby time. Our policy goes beyond the legal minimum to give you peace of mind—whether you're stuck at work or off on a well-earned holiday!
📦 Returns Eligibility
Under UK consumer law, you're entitled to return most items within 14 days of receiving them. But at Mighty Melee, we’ve extended that to a full 30 days from delivery.
To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
- You must let us know you'd like to return it within 30 days of receiving it
- Returns must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us
Certain items can’t be returned unless faulty—this includes digital products, made-to-order items, and opened paints or hobby materials.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days to your original payment method. Shipping costs (if charged) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
🔁 Exchanges
Want to swap something? No problem—just get in touch within 30 days and we’ll try to help, subject to stock availability. If the exchange isn’t due to an error or fault, you’ll just need to cover return postage.
🛠 Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If something’s arrived damaged, faulty or not as ordered, we’re genuinely sorry—and we’ll fix it fast. Just get in touch with a photo and your order number.
We’ll:
- Cover all return postage costs
- Send a replacement or refund, whichever works best
- Get things sorted quickly and painlessly
📬 Return Postage Costs
We’ll cover return postage if:
- The item is faulty or damaged
- You received the wrong item
- There was another error on our part
If you're returning an item for any other reason (change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc.), you’ll need to cover the return postage.
We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.

- Your order number
- The item(s) you're returning
- The reason
- A photo if there’s a fault or issue
