Rules Queries and Refereeing

  1. The MMG event lead (referee) may not be a system expert for every game being played. They will, however, have access to the published rules.

  2. Players must bring and have access to the latest published rules, errata and FAQs relevant to the game system and their specific army or team. These must be made available for reference by themselves, their opponent and the event lead.

  3. Where specialist rules knowledge is required, the event lead may consult one or more experienced, neutral players who are not involved in, or directly affected by, the game in question.

  4. The event lead’s ruling is final for that game. To keep the event running to schedule, if a rule cannot be clarified within three minutes, the event lead will make a temporary ruling and play will continue.

  5. Where an event-wide clarification is required for later rounds, it will be communicated consistently to all players before the next round begins.

🚗 Parking

Please help us keep things smooth with our neighbours by sticking to the following:

  • We have three parking bays marked “96” — these are ours.
  • Do not use bays for Unit 97 (Dance Studio) on weekdays (at any time) or on Saturdays.
  • After 6pm, it’s generally OK to use bays for units that have closed for the day.
  • Saturdays: please do not use bays 97, 100, or 101 at any time.
  • Sundays: most other units will be closed — if they look quiet, you can assume it’s OK to park there. We’ll let you know on the day if that’s not the case.

Alternative parking options:

  • Roadside parking on the entrance to the estate
  • Unnumbered bays behind our store, along the back wall of Tern Valley Day Nursery

👉 In short: any bay without a unit number is fair game.

Sorry for the faff — but better a short walk with your minis than a battle with our neighbouring units 😄
