Warhammer: The Old World brings classic rank-and-flank fantasy battles back to the tabletop, combining iconic armies, deep strategy, and stunning miniatures in Games Workshop's return to the World of Legend.

For many hobbyists, The Old World is a return to the armies, characters, and battles that first got them into tabletop wargaming. For others, it is their first experience of massed fantasy warfare. Either way, you'll find a thriving local community, regular organised play, and a dedicated venue where The Old World is played every week.

We stock a growing range of Warhammer: The Old World miniatures, battalion boxes, characters, rulebooks, and accessories with up to 20% off selected lines, fast UK dispatch, and the backing of a community-focused dedicated wargaming venue with organised play and proper retail support.

Build Your Old World Army

Many players begin with a battalion box or core force before expanding into larger armies for casual games, leagues, campaigns, and tournaments. The Old World rewards long-term collecting, thoughtful army building, and learning the strengths of your chosen faction over time.

Whether you are mustering the Kingdom of Bretonnia, awakening the Tomb Kings of Khemri, marching with the Empire of Man, gathering Orc & Goblin Tribes, defending the Dwarfen Mountain Holds, raiding with Warriors of Chaos, or collecting another force of the Old World, you'll find a growing range of support at Mighty Melee Games.

From Your First Battalion to Your First Tournament

The Old World is a brilliant system for players who enjoy growing an army over time. A battalion box can become the foundation of a larger collection, giving you a clear route from early games to full-sized battles, leagues, narrative campaigns, and competitive events.

At Mighty Melee Games, we help players take that journey from first models to regular games, organised play, and tournament-ready armies.
